Sickening?.

The death of any child is devastating, but to trot this out with an election in the offing is unbelievable.

If it brought them to breaking point, with all the help available to them, how do they think other parents of disabled children manage, especially with all their help cut.

By the letters at the bottom the electorate aren't too impressed either.

I know this has nowt to do with the intended course of the thread but sticking with the thread title "Sickening?", if you want something truly sickening, have a look at the pics coming out of Syria, Iraq and Africa and see the headless bodies..........

The hostages killed by IS are there, still dressed in Orange suits with their heads placed on their chests. See also the Christian babies beheaded by IS, Al-Shabaab and Boko Haram. Look also at the other atrocities and think.....

In comparison, a bit of electioneering pales in to insignificance?

But if we keep electing politicians who allow mass immigration of Muslims into our country, we might see mass beheadings of Christians here too.

This is not about any specific race or creed this is about a relatively small plot of land which has many endearing features being submerged in concrete.

This small plot of land, would have been all right, and its endearing features kept as they were.

Except for mass immigration, which has caused more concrete, to house the unwanted immigrants.

Everyone knows that.  Why do you deny it?

because what I say is correct, As a nation we have provided shelter and sanctuary to many from far and wide, Others have done the same for us. We have fought alongside like minded and otherwise. \we are better for diversity, our horizons are expanded, our knowledge increased and our understanding  immeasurably improved. But to continue this process we need to balance immigration with migration to preserve the fabric of our Island. Your words do little to promote harmony but then you do not seek it.

Perhaps, you have absorbed too much "political correctness"?

We have provided sanctuary to many grateful people who repay us by integrating.

However, a lot of the latter-day people we've helped don't want to integrate, they want to bring their outdated, outmoded and unwanted way of life here and given half a chance will try to impose it here.

Steady on Sir just for a second think back at how many continents we chanced upon and sought to impose our values, I don't disagree with your sentiments but let us not lose sight of our own influence which has not always been requested.

Yes, we imposed our values but just look at what happened when we left? They're still at it too and now they want to come here and destroy what we have.

I forget to add that the clearest example of the above must be Southern Rhodesia.
