Bought iPhone 5s. Recieved it today. We checked and made sure it was uk seller (only want to buy off us seller). We since seen account is also set up for Hong Kong account. We bought in good faith yet we feel so much dishonesty. States that it's Covered by eBay money back guarantee. We've asked for refund stating change of mind. Now we just want to send it back and get him another 5s or 6, but has to be uk seller. We got it for our young son to have for Xmas. It's also so we can get hold of him in emergency as he has sick and disabled sister. We just want a refund and to buy off someone else. It's our hard earned money. Sellers not replied as of yet.
What are our rights to return it back to seller (recorded delivery) and get a full refund ???
