It's bad enough seeing criminals getting off lightly without seeing them get off altogether.

We have soposed ex cons knocking on our door selling dusters etc, Their pitch is that they have been in prison and now trying to earn an honest crust- they have id, but how easy is it for them to case a place or seek out the vunerable.
