Quite possibly. Check it out and get it in writing. I live in a consevation area and was considering a small extension. I enquired with my local council and got 2 different answer from 2 different people

Yes thank you. Only those that look like my MUM can look fab.  And she is kind and caring don't you know? And is still nursing JAMES our old RT boss. He never quite rcovered don't you know? Hooter trouble too...don't you know?
