More Empty Shelves??

I went to the local Lidl today.

I could understand the empty spaces where S. African grapes, some salad from the Southern hemisphere or tropical fruit should be.

But why has medium sliced bread disappeared, or one and two pint bottles of milk?  Even single cream seems to be un-obtainable after 10AM.

Anyone else finding food that had been stocked pre-lock-down, has suddenly become difficult or even near impossible to find?
