How long do ebay take to pay after item has been delivered?

I sent an item by 48 hour tracked Royal Mail. It was delivered on Friday 18th of July but the payment into my account is still pending. Is this usual? Thank you.

If you are a new or returning seller,  then holds on initial payments,  can be 21 - 30 days before payout is released.

Otherwise,  once tracking shows delivery,  the payout is released 48 hours after that delivery date.

No tracking ?  Payouts are held for 14 days.

From the 6th August this all changes,  and once the buyer pays,  payouts are released after 24 hours.
