We've seen all the criticism, statue toppling and conflict over by-gone slaves but there are many bits of history either overlooked or not known about by the wreck-everything brigade.
Did you know that around 1631a village in Ireland was attacked by Barbary pirates and around a hundred people were taken in to slavery?
Did you know that it's been estimated that around a million Europeans were taken and sold in to slavery?
I wonder what the keyboard warriors will have to say?

Does it explain why BLM is acceptable but WLM is offensive.
