Haven't seen any midges so far but it's warm and sunny today so I expect theyll be out tonight,

Good Evening Margie, it has been nice and Sunny for a while but.... when I went shopping this morning I met a neighbour and chatted quite a while and she said it was going to rain "about 4pm". When I went to the lake, there were big spots of rain, nothing much, just spotted all the time I was there but when I came home it started to rain and it's only just stopped.
