Don't know your situation, Lefty, but I've had clamps in my claves off and on over the years... bad enough to wake me from a dead sleep. The clamp goes away if I reach down, grab my toes, and bend my foot up towards my knee. Hold the foot like that until the clamp goes away (should work very fast). A little trick I learned long ago.

Looks like they're playing with things again today! No option for the size or alignment of photos! Automatically gets put in small. Us old folks will have to click to enlarge each photo in order to see it... mumble, grumble...

You are welcome, Lefty... they say that the best way to avoid clamps in the first place is to get plenty of potassium in your diet. Good sources from common foods are: potatoes, tomatoes, kidney beans, spinach, mushrooms and bananas.
