But, apparently, a bloke in the pub said the snow'll start at 9:00 pm and last fur 27 hours . . . and that sounds like a man that's had a few . . .

petal the gov have had a change of mind. They say nobod should be posecuted for clearing he snow as if people had accidents then theyd try to claim frmo their councils so it would put everyones pol taxes up so people dont get bclobbered with higher taxes you are now asked to keep your apavements clear of snow.
Now i cant find proof of that ut the gov arent silly (or are they. It saves them having to pay councils more).
