I feel quite abit easier this morning but the muscle in the back of right leg is a bit bruised ansd is awkward to walk.

Me leg is feeling alot better now.
I found if I put m weight on my heel as I walked my leg didnt hurt as much. In fact it seems to have stopped hurting so much now:)
