A big thank you to the regular posters

I apologise but I am a bit of a lurker.
On my main seller account I have had a bit of a nightmare with low dsrs for sept.
Was terrified I would be banned ( my main income)
By following the excellent advice given by the regular posters on the board I have managed to save my account - at least for this month.
You are not always the kindest and you do not seem to suffer fools but your advice is sound and I for one think you deserve a huge thank you.
I wish I knew how to do the little smiley things because mine to you would be smiling and clapping!!!

I have a business with a registered business account. Am using a posting account here which I believe is fairly common practise. I just wanted to say a thank you to the regular posters. Would have thought that the words ' on my main account ' would have indicated to you that this us not my main account on my original post but obviously I was not clear enough, my apologies

When you click to reply, above the text box is a row of icons, one of them is a smiley face.

Click on that and select the (dreadfull) smiley of your choice.

Or simply drag and drop a smiley of your choice from another webpage. Though if you do this you'll initially get an error when you click to post but it will correct itselsf.

You in particular have been of help in my original post and am glad I can say a direct thank you for your advise.
I think the regular posters take a lot of stick which is pretty unfair but I bet you actually help loads of people in the background who never really put their head above the parapet. I am - THANK YOU x

The problem is, some people don't want help, they just want to rant. As someone who genuinely enjoys helping people it can be difficult to put up with the rant and run type posts, day in day out, but it's all worth it when we can help someone like you become a better seller!

I really do appreciate the time that you and others spend , I am sure my business will improve because of your advise and I think you should be recognised for the time you spend.
