Withdrawal button greyed out

There is no box to input the amount you wish to withdraw hence the withdrawal button being greyed out. Also no scheduled payments as yet this morning.

Yep,  it seems to be the early morning glitch of the day,  you are not alone, as a few others are reporting this today.

As with all these all too common now glitches, it usually is a case of ' please try again later! '

I would try again a little later on today, and if there are no holds on your payment hopefully then,  it should be available for withdrawal.

It's today's ' glitch'.  They usually sort themselves out and worth trying  again later  on today,  you're not alone having this issue! 🤔

We have received other reports of this issue this morning and there is an open ticket  with tech who are currently working on it to resolve. I'll add your accounts to the ticket and once there is a further update on the fix I will post back.

Hi All,

Tech have confirmed this issue as resolved. If your withdraw button is still showing as greyed out please delete cache and cookies and load the page again.

As this also impacted scheduled payouts for yesterday if you still have not received this then you can select the on demand option.

I have this issue since 15th, tried all browsers including chrome incognito and other smarphones, have contacted ebay support and still not available to use my balance. Idk what's going on, but it's deffinetley not fixed or resolved.

Thank you for your post.

After linking in with tech they have confirmed it is showing as working on their side. Can you try some basic steps such as clearing cache and cookies, signing out and back in again.

Thank you for the reply.

This may be an issue with your browser  or device related. When we try to replicate on our side through the chrome browser the pop up page appears and displays correctly with the withdraw button in blue and is not blank. If possible try a different browser.
