I recently sold an Xbox controller for £15, and the buyer paid postage which was roughly £2. It sais I haven't been charged any fees... yet in my balance I have only received £6.12p not even HALF of what I sold it for.
Where is the rest of my money?

You are a new or infrequent seller so your payments will be held until you have proven that tracked delivery has taken place.
This link explains the 21 day payment hold

Did you add any listing upgrades to current or past listings? These all come with a non refundable listing fee, these are charged the second the item goes live. They're payable sale or no sale.
You've sold some expensive items, did you add a reserve on any? This is the most expensive upgrade chariging 4% of your set reserve.
The following are all listing upgrades, and fees to be paid if they're used.
Reserves: 4% of the set reserve ( maximum £150 per item)
Subtitles: £2
Listing in 2 catagories: 35p
Gallery Plus: £2.50 ( free for clothes and shoes)
Listings with duration 1 - 3 days 35p

" buyer paid postage which was roughly £2." - How and where did you buy the postage from? An X-box controller would undoubtedly have cost more than £2. If you purchased through eBay the difference in what you received was probably the balance on the postage you acquired.

Hi gordons_shop, thanks for your post.
No fees were charged for the transaction in question. However, it looks like you have some funds being held, and the amount that you see available is what has been released so far. Also, it looks like your shipping labels are being deducted, but it wouldn't be a case of fees being charged for that transaction. If you go to your payments section, you will see a full breakdown of your payments for better visibility.
Thank you,
Marco
