I think there may have been a thread about this before, but just to check is anyone able to send an invoice to an international buyer on a Simple Delivery item?
It seems like Simple Delivery may just have turned off this functionality entirely where it's still useful for international buyers when you can get cheaper country specific shipping rates.

Simple Delivery is only for domestic sales. Are you using the Global Shipping Program?

No, this isn't using GSP, what I've found is that any order where the domestic shipping is Simple Delivery you are unable to send an invoice at all, wherever the buyer is based.

Yes, that's correct - you can't invoice a domestic Buyer with Simple Delivery. It is a source of some difficulty for Sellers who, for example, want to combine postage.

Yes, it's an international buyer that I was unable to invoice.
I think the ability to send an invoice has been turned off full stop for listings opted in to Simple Delivery whether the buyer is domestic or international.
I've just got them to pay and refunded the difference, but would be better to have the invoicing functionality back.
