Royal mail collection not done

I arranged royal mail collection through ebay simple delivery and they have not collected can you re arrange the collection through royal mail.  Never had this problem before so not sure how it works when using simple delivery.

Anyone else had this problem?

You can rebook it on the Royal Mail website.
