Royal Mail Click & Drop not updating eBay orders as dispatched

Since yesterday morning (19th September) orders dispatched on Royal Mail Click & Drop have not been syncing to eBay. This means eBay shows X orders overdue/awaiting dispatch, but Click & Drop shows they are dispatched with tracking updates.

My Click & Drop account shows eBay integration is connected.

Is anyone else having a similar issue?

You are a Private Seller and are now subject to Simple Delivery where the Category specifies it. For further details:

Four months ago, Royal Mail warned Sellers like you that because of SD you may no longer be able to use Click & Drop as normal.

There are other posts here about how to use the postal method of your choice instead of SD - including substituting tracking numbers, and receiving a refund for SD labels.
