Returning damaged item page not working

Hi,

Return page send button not active even though all boxes ticked and pictures included.

If it's not as simple as JavaScript being disabled, then try disabling some browser extensions. It could be an ad blocker or other browser extension. I had a similar issue with some eBay form and the Tampermonkey extension. When I disabled it, the functionality returned.

Looks like your right. Tried the return button on my mac and it's there so something on my old dell has change. Thanks for the info ahd help.
