'Reason for return' - 'Confirm button' missing in Firefox

I needed to return an item so went through the return request process.

I selected 'not as described'  as the reason from the pull down menu.

However the expected 'Confirm' button was missing when using Firefox.

I repeated the process using MS Edge.

This time a blue 'Confirm' button was displayed and I was able to proceed.

My question is: Why does this not work in Firefox?

Note: My Firefox Ublock Origin ad-blocker was disabled.

Hi brian_mk, thanks for your post.

When this happnes, it is normally related to the settings of the browser in question, you'd need to check that browsers setting to make sure it is all good, as the same information should display the same on all browsers. If everything seems good, and you prefer to continue using that browser, then you could try contacting the support team of the browser in question, so they can assist you further. While we would love to help, we unable to assist with 3rd party tools/services.

Thank you,

Marco

I am currently away on my sabbatical, and will return in July. Please expect a delay in my reply
