Performance traffic - Impressions and Views issue

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone has looked at their performance analytics today, I’ve noticed on mine that my views have been stuck at 30 views since this morning and impressions haven’t increased at all.

Has anyone else had the same issue?

Yes mine has been stuck since this morning, so not sure if I have had any views all day

Same it’s been like that since this morning for me too. It’s really weird I’ve just looked again now and it’s saying I’ve now had 39 views today which are all promoted listings views and 0 organic views.

very strange, hope it’s just an eBay glitch and gets sorted out.

My stats have also been the same. I was wondering how you can report problems but unless I’m missing something there doesn’t seem to be a way. Very frustrating though as I like to track the analytics.

Morning. Ours same yesterday organic view was 0. And less sales. Today Morning same still organic view 0. All week was good sales but from yetserday like Ebay done again something because no views not sales :((((

What makes you think the figures ebay generate are a reflection of reality?

Many times in the past Views , Watchers, Impressions have been questioned by users, only to be greeted with a 'more positive' number displayed shortly afterwards.

If you were a company which relied upon 'good' numbers to encourage Sellers to participate in promotions at a cost, would you show a more negative number to those who may be encouraged to participate otherwise ?

I did not see this thread but I am having the same problem to, I had made a post on reddit to see if anyone on there is having this problem which they are and I also see people on X having the same problem when I spoke with ebay they advised there is no problem but there is for sure. I will be contacting them up again today if there is no resolution to this.

Same here 0 organic views since yesterday morning, impressions are rock bottom too and sales have fallen off a cliff

Listing page views stuck on Friday with no new views being added, just old ones dropping off after 30 days.

Normally page views consistently 200-300 a day, but showing 32 for Friday. Counter did not work at all on Saturday. Spoke with eBay on Sunday and they said it was a technical glitch that could take 48 hours to fix "Completely". Strangely enough, immediately after I spoke to them, the counter started to go up again, and when I last looked on Sunday it was going well over 100 views. Checked again this morning and the counter states views for Sunday were 27!

This issue seems to have started when eBay launched their new feature banner across the top of the Seller Overview page, which seems to have totally skewed the view counter. Not sure if when fixed it will ever catch up with the two days uncounted views.

Please expain this eBay, is it a server down issue related to AWS? Impressions for us has been down by thousands, just today I have been refreshing many times and it does not update for impressions as it used to before.

Please let us know of a solution ASAP.

Organic views again back at 0 for today and traffic showing as Sunday not Monday

All seemed to work fine yesterday but again back to zero. Not to mention that for several months the date has been a day behind.

Mine was same yesterday, back to normal, plenty of views and all ok but then today I've been stuck on 17 views and only 13,216 impressions since early on  which seems strange unless its just a slow morning but not sure to be honest

This is not normal, ebays impressions and views are down today and need to be fixed

Just spoken with ebay re my impressions being stuck on 109 today.  Same problem as Saturday.  Was told by ebay that there wasn't a technical problem.

Hi,

I've been experiencing this as well over the past few days, so I’d really appreciate some visibility on what’s happening.

It’s definitely frustrating, but hopefully it’s just an issue with displaying impressions and views rather than a problem with people actually seeing the listings.

I had the same on Saturday then yesterday went back to normal and now today it’s the same stuck at 27 which is very frustrating so your not the only one with these problems for piece of mind

Thank you everyone for the replies to this thread confirming they are having problems,

I had a reply from Cat which she is apart of the ebay community team, on another thread advising they was reporting this with the ebay technical team, as you advised I had the same problem yesterday seemed to be fixed but today back at 0 again, I have followed this up with Cat and provided screen shots advising on what's going on and I have asked if there is anywhere we can check to see if/when this problem is fixed or if ebay will give a official statement If i get a reply back on that I will try update this thread since alot of people in here are having this problem.
