I have to access ebay on my browser because my mobile is too old to support the app. It was all working fine until the new year when all my orders disappeared. They are still showing on my laptop. It looks as if the mobile is only showing orders from the start of the year which means I can't register a collection that is due to take place today. Fortunately I can do it on the laptop. But why are the 2025 orders still showing on the laptop but not on the phone?

If you are unable to use the eBay app, you should be able to use a mobile browser on your phone. You may have to disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app; details depend on your operating system.

I have been successfully using a mobile browser since the new app stopped working on my phone but this is a new problem of not seeing orders from before 2026 on my phone. I can still see them in the same browser on my laptop.

I attach the screenshots of the orders page on my laptop, showing several. I'll attach the one from my mobile, showing none, on my next post.

On the App there are filter options to change it from this year's orders to last year, or last month, last 3 months etc., but for some reason the filter options are missing from thr mobile website.
The only way round serms to be to change the browser setting to show the full website. You can then access the filter options and then change back to the mobile website once selected.

Sorry, previous one is from my mobile, this one from my laptop.

I have had the same issue on my android phone since about New Year. I get around it by clicking on orders where it says 0 (none). On next screen click "refine" on the right. The refine menu comes up and you can set the filters depending how far back you want to see your orders. Then click "show results" and the orders come back. Unfortunately they don't stay there so you have to do it every time. Hope it gets sorted soon.
