Not getting emails to confirm my purchases

Hi for the last few purchases I have made I have not been getting my order confirmation email when I have paid, what do I need to do?

Thanks for that information I had already checked and it is all set up as
it should be. I have never had this problem before, it has only been
happening for the last 2 days. Normally the notification comes through
really quick once payment has been updated in my purchases history.

It is only the initial payment confirmation email I have suddenly not been
getting, all other update notifications are coming through as normal. Just
genuinely confused as to why this has started happening. I buy a lot of
things on eBay and like having this email as it is helpful. It sets my mind
at rest that the order is being processed correctly. Thanks for your help
anyway, I think I will ring and see if I can talk to an agent of some sort.

There's no phone number to call Customer Services,  it's a Call Back system,  but please , if you do receive an answer to this,  as others too,  have had this issue, say,  it is a known tech issue,  please come back and tell us,  it will help us to help others,  thanks!

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

A couple of other people have said the same thing so it's probably an ebay glitch.   With any luck it'll right itself but if you want contact ebay you can request a callback on here:

Oh bless you! Thanks very much , I always have a nightmare trying to wade
through all the options put up to ensure you give up before you ever get to
speak to anyone. That link will be a godsend. If it isn’t just me then I
will give it a few days and see what happens. Thank you for taking the time

Thank you so much for that link, I can’t tell you how much I hate trying to
get through all the help topics and deliberate barriers they put in place,
to even book a call back and for it to always be as frustrating talking to
a real agent, as it is dealing with their AI assistant. The additional tip
about calling early is going to be a game changer, I might even get some
help!!

If I get any additional information I will definitely feedback to you. So
far all I have had suggested “is to check my notifications set up!” Which I
did automatically but nothing has changed there and is set up correctly. So
none the wiser, I wouldn’t mind if they would just say it is a glitch, but
you are always made to feel like you are the problem! This all started
happening 2 days ago, I have done nothing different or changed anything so
I have absolutely no idea!
