Related to this, one of the emails (“Your package is now with Evri”) for Click & Collect delivery puts the address as your home address. (It’s just a mistake in the email though, as everything is delivered correctly to the C&C store.)
But there are many small issues, plus some big ones.
In my experience, eBay don’t really seem interested to fix them (unless it is costing them money).
I’ve given up reporting them.
