Evri Tracking Not Updating (Again)

Last update on ebay is Friday. Item was successfully delivered yesterday. 

I've lost count of how many times this happens as it affects us sellers!

When will this be resolved this time?!

I appreciate it can be frustrating when the tracking is not updating. There can be delays with the information processing between the two sites. eBay continue to work with Evri on this. If you have the item number the tracking is associated with I can send it as an example to our shipping  team.

It's happening AGAIN today!!

146478281822 and 146530744218 have been delivered. No tracking has updated for Evri since 3pm so therefore I will not be paid. We warned ebay about this and were told not to worry. Live chat are useless I'm afraid and nothing has been done.

Please can you escalate and ensure this recurring technical issue is resolved ASAP. Us being paid is reliant on ebay tracking working. It rarely does.

Having checked, both items are now showing updated delivery confirmation. As the two systems are integrated between eBay and Evri there can be delays with the information processing between the two sites. The examples will be shared to for eBay to continue working with Evri on improving the tracking updates.

Here we go again. 

Hello. 146617720224 was delivered today at 15:50. Yet again, ebay has not updated this. This means my payment for this item will be further delayed. Please escalate this never ending technical issue and ensure my item is marked as delivered so I can get my money. Im fed up of this happening every other week it seems now.

It's still happening. Parcel delivery noted on Evri 2 hours ago. Not marked as delivered meaning that I now won't be paid for 3 days once it finally marks as so. 

People rely on these funds and ebay can't keep glitching like this. Everything has gone to absolute pot since the changes. 

146678360672 and 146678365025 - same parcel. No update. A sale I require prompt payment for but not showing as delivered. Absolutely can't keep going like this.
