Hi, I have an auction to sell a BMW to which I uploaded 1 video and 24 photos of the BMW. Auction never met reserve price, sent offer to highest bidder who agreed to buy car but he never showed up. I relisted car after lowering reserve, again didn't sell.
I have another car a Toyota, I upload 24 photos and I didn't upload videos simply cuz I didn't film it. I put a scheduled auction to start at 19:17pm. Then at 20:25pm I decide to relist the BMW. Now I checked the Toyota listing and found that it included the BMW video!
I want to remove the BMW video from the Toyota auction, but it's locked because there's 1 bidder who bid on the Toyota auction.
The Toyota auction I made from my HOME PC, which doesn't have any videos of the BMW because the BMW auction was published from my LAPTOP which is about 10 miles away from my home PC. So there's NO WAY I could have uploaded the BMW video by mistake to the Toyota auction. So this is some technical glitch on eBay's behalf.
Who can I contact to fix this issue?
