When you make an offer on an item with Auto-Pay if offer accepted:
You can select various shipping options.
The Ebay System FAILS, it never keeps the shipping option I select, it seems to revert to some default, and I have to always go to the trouble of asking for refunds.
Can you EMERGENCY Fix this eBay system problem. Thank You.

Same here, it happened to me twice this morning. Postage reverted back to Evri after I changed it to RM tracked.

Hi @leadhills_scot ,
Tech have advised they are unable to replicate the issue. Checking the orders it shows the standard postage in the transaction. They are unable to see that express was selected before the transaction took place.
They have requested if you can to send a screen/video recording for the next offer showing the steps that express was selected when sending the best offer. You can send this to customer support or through pm to me here and I can follow it up from there.

If I send anymore best offers I will screen shot the process as I maybe retired but am not senile yet and know what I did. As Evri only deliver 3 days a week to our location I avoid them at all cost.

This may sound like a silly question and may not be the issue, but are you clicking the blue 'Apply' button after changing the postage and before going back to the previous offer confirmation screen. If you don't do that then it will revert back to the default option. Just wondering if some people may be missing that step out.

Did send an offer yesterday but they sent a counter offer which I accepted to no problems there.
