Customer Unable To Buy An Item

I was contacted by a potential buyer who has been trying to buy an item from me for 2 days. It gives him an error message and tells him to try later but he is getting frustrated. I chatted to a bot for ages who was like speaking to a pixie down a rabbit hole in Alice In Wonderland as it did not make any sense the responses I got at all. I went on a loop repeatedly trying to explain the situation in a bizarre time wasting mess of nonsense. I eventually got a phone call from an Amanda in Albania who told me that she could not help me and the potential buyer would have to phone and sort it out.  I messaged them and they've been attempting to get sense out of the bot and are losing the will to live after a few hours of impenetrable nonsense too. How do they actually get to speak to a real human being. Sales are as rare as hen's teeth so I would like to sort this out obviously as ebay are not being straight right forward.

Customer Unable To Buy An Item

What are they trying to buy?  Are they in the UK ?

They could be a new member with an initial restriction to the number or value of items they can buy,  or perhaps they have unpaid item strikes preventing them from buying from you?

Whatever the issue,  it seems to  lie with their account  not yours,  so they need to contact eBay Customer Services.

If they are based in the UK send them the following info how to contact CS.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
