Cannot bid on any auctions

I cannot bid on any auction items for the last 24 hours or so. The date and time of any closing auction is not shown to the right-hand side of the countdown timer, and the countdown timer is static, unless I refresh the page. I have tried both Firefox and Safari browsers on my Mac desktop computer. I have also cleared all cookies and disabled all ad and script blockers. The Submit bid blue radio button is not clickable.

UPDATE: My watched auction pages are now displaying correctly again and I am able to place a bid.
