Cancelled item

Evening.

I sold few days ago 1 trousers but the buyer cancelled after as checked the size not good. The money paid him back straight away.

But today I got message from Ebay why not sent out item it overdue now. I hope this is some glitch as shows item cancelled why system want send out. 🤔🤔🤔

Buyers can request cancellation but sellers stiil have to implement it via  the dropdown menu arrow alongside the item and select Cancel order > Buyer asked to cancel.
