Can't type in help live chat or select an option

I really need to get in touch with eBay support over an issue with a buyer but I am unable to type or select the 'Ask us to call you' option in chat. I have tried on both the app and a laptop but the problem persists. I really need to get in touch with eBay asap.

I was just about to start a topic about this until I saw someone else has had the same problem... I've had this for a while too now, could you help me out and let me know too please..?

@wyntendotcg We still don't have an estimated fix time, once they let me know this is resolved, I will let you know.
