App / Browser cant upload listing photos when selling

Here we go again with the CONSTANT bugs technical issues & glitches. Photos not uploading in app or ANY browser ( chrome/ firefix/ samsung etc ) . 100% an Ebay issue. It's not our devices. When are they going to fix. Such a huge inconvenience to thousands. No wonder so many businesses are leaving Ebay. Shame because every time they mess with the app unnecessarily there are issues. It is now so user UN friendly & hardwr to navigate. The changes don't make it easier at all. I can see there are other threads about this. No resolution as yet.

Hi Kat,

I'm wondering if you can also help me with an issue with uploading photos.

I list using my laptop but I have to use the feature upload photos from phone. Prior to the latest update, I would get the notification on my phone, and it would go to my photos and then I could select which album (which would show as "collections". Since the update, it takes me to my photos and I now have the choice of photo/videos. It means I have to scroll through (literally) thousands of photos to find ones intended for my ebay. Extremely frustrating and making it near impossible for me to list. Please can this be raised as an issue. I can't list again until this issue is resolved.

I should explain that I have to upload via my phone because approx. 3 years ago for some reason I suddenly stopped being able to upload photos directly from my computer to ebay. I have raised it multiple times and was told it was just my device, I have been on to Apple for advice and they could not provide a solution.

Just to confirm the older reported issues on this thread were to do with no photos uploading to listings which were intermittent and were resolved.

With regards to your first reported issue that its not showing your albums, this has been reported to tech previously and is being worked on as an improvement.

For the 2nd issue I am not sure why you would not be able to upload from your computer. Can you create a separate post for that on the tech issues board so we can avoid confusion on this thread. In that post if you can provide examples and screenshots showing what happens when you try to upload from your pc.

Everything is ok now I deleted and reinstalled the App and that seemed to do the trick

I use my phone to take an image and use that when I start a listing but it is not giving the option to do that, only key words...etc. It will offer this on the computer but I have to transfer my images to the computer first. It is alot of extra work. Before I could just take a picture and it would help me find a matching listing to auto fill but not any longer from my phone. Any ideas?
