Hello helpful people, I wonder could you give me some advice please ? ........Buyer paid £19.50 plus recorded postage at cost for a leather purse on 19/11/17 (posted next day)... today, almost 5 months later she has complained that after 3 months of use the purse ' has spit ' - photo sent shows fabric lining to internal zipped compartment has pulled away from top edge - feedback on receipt ' As described - thank you' - I was going to refund, but on checking her feedback, she appears to be unhappy about alot of her purchases ! Can I decline politely to refund as 'damage' shown would not be that unusual after presumably daily use over 5 months ? .....The purse was brand new with all packaging - Many thanks x

Decline it on the basis that the buyer has had, and been using, the purse for 5 months.
