why are sellers still being allowed to sell ps5 and xbox series x consoles at ridiculous prices and ebay just does nothing about it

Ebay has nothing to do with pricing. That is down to the individual seller, who can charge whatever they like. No-one is holding a gun to a buyer's head and forcing them to buy their toys on Ebay, so why is this bothering you...?  If a buyer decides to pay what you call a 'rip off' price rather than shop around for a better deal, that's their choice. It's none of your - or Ebay's - business.

The fact there is no stock anywhere only here then yeah people are pretty much forced to buy from here with no other option, you can understand where Paul is coming from.. would surprise me if you yourself have a few listings bumping up your own bids..
