Uncollected, paid for items

I've searched the help articles but there doesn't seem to be any info on this. We sold an item on 21/11/20, for collection only. The winning bidder took several days to pay and after sending several messages and explaining that I was about to relist the item, he paid on 1/12/20. He said he was going to arrange a courrier to collect the item. Several days later and several messages, he still hasn't collected the item or replied to any of my messages. The last message was sent on the 18th February. I really need the space now so I'm going to relist the item. I've done everything I can but feel I should not be inconvenienced any more! Is this breaking any rules?

There is nothing they can do on ebay.

You should however refund the money before relisting if you can through paypal if that is how they paid

You will have been charged ebay and paypal fees you could try and refund minus those.

Tell them first and see what happens.

Then relist
