Are the payments that you recieve going to be paid into your bank account or your PayPal account?

Managed Payments is replacing PayPal. If a buyer chooses to pay with PayPal, which will naturally continue to be an option, the money will go to Ebay's PayPal account. Ebay will transfer it into your Ebay account, and eventually into your bank account from there (minus all accrued fees and sales taxes, of course, as these will be taken by Ebay upfront - you'll receive the nett amount, so there will be no monthly bill to pay as there is now).
