Seller fees/auto deductions/invoices

Afternoon guys! I wonder if someone could explain the following to me:

So I've been selling on eBay for a number of years, it's always been set up to be invoiced per month which was collected via PayPal, until recently when I changed with the times and had my payouts go straight to my bank. I've never been charged (by eBay) more than about £8 maybe as I don't sell great amounts, never more than my private seller allowances and only ever Buy It Now as an upgrade, I don't see these being charged though, nothing tells me I'm accepting that fee when I submit the listing? I think I currently have 4 items with a BIN. I fully understand there are eBay seller fees and PayPal fees, whilst these were still applicable.

So since setting up the new payout method last month, I've had one invoice from mid Dec-Jan, 0.61p, which wasn't deducted since it was below the minimum fee, and another invoice for Jan-Feb at £2.27 (to be paid Mar). I think I've sold three (auction) items in this time, all of which had the relevant fees deducted before my payouts were processed. Obviously since PayPal are no longer being used to process this payout, I'm surely only paying for eBay fees per sale, so why am I getting an invoice as well? I expect to pay the Dec fee the next month assuming I made a sale to cover the min fee, which I did, yet I'm now due to pay over £2 when I've already paid the fees on these items? Why have they not just taken the 61p since it was accrued before I changed payout methods?

Also, since I don't appear to be paying for the BIN items, at least I didn't when I listed them, do these get charged per month even if they don't sell? They automatically relist but this doesn't make sense as the fee last month was only 61p, these would be more than that if they were charging me.

In short, I want to know 1) why am I having deductions for sold items as well as a monthly sellers invoice and 2) is Buy It Now still an upgrade and do these get charged per (re)listing when they don't sell?

Thank you!! Sorry it's long!

ebay take the final value fees from the payments and still invoice you for any insertion fees,

adding a buy it now to an auction style listing costsd 50p a time, so you will be getting invoices if you use that feature

There may be an overlap from when you moved to MP.

Once all items are on MP, ebay deduct their fees (12.8% + 30p) before paying net amount into your bank, not instant like paypal.

BUT, if there are any listing fees, e.g. adding BIN to auction, ebay still invoice you monthly for those.
