Buyers are protected by the money Back Guarantee, and you describe badly or say working and it doesn't, buyer opens a Not As Described case, you have topay for a reply paid tracked return postage label and on return refund in full.
As you can see it can prove expensive if description is not accurate, what withpaying for return postage and no refund of paypal fees.
