I have posted a package and the person has received via parcelforce delivery. But funds are delayed

I posted the tracking number of the package on 21st July 2020 and the person has recevied the item. I have also checked with parcel force and the item has proof of delivery with a signature. But on ebay the item is still down as dispatched and the whole process to delivered has not happened. 

This is now caused a delay in my money being released which is really frustrating. 

How can this be ammended so that the tracking information is completed?

Have you added the tracking information to the listing in your Sold section?

That should mean the payment is released:

1 day after confirmed delivery.

Or 6 days after the estimated delivery date (if no was tracking provided but the item was marked as dispatched).

Or eBay do a check for positive feedback after 3 days (to allow enough time for the item to be delivered).

If positive feedback has been received, you should get the funds within 24 hours.

If none of the above help you may have to wait out the full 21 day hold on your funds.
