How do you get a 'new' address on parcel labels

I recently move house and have changed all the addresses on my ebay account, including returns/dispatch/payment and also on my Hermes account which I use for sending parcels. However, whenever I print a label the 'return' information still comes up as my old address. I contacted ebay chat and was told I need to change the address on my 'return/dispatch' information but I already have. Any clues how to correct this? Luckily I haven't had any return requests but if I did the parcel would be sent to my old address.....

go to:-

my ebay >> account tab >>> addresses

and change ALL the addresses there,

changing one does not affect the others

You say that you've updated your address details on your eBay account, but have you updated your address details on your PayPal account as well?  If not then make a point of doing so - if you buy anything on eBay from any sellers who have not yet been switched over to eBay Managed Payments then the sellers in question will receive an e-mail from PayPal with the address to post the item to.  Therefore, if your address details have not been updated on PayPal as well as on eBay then you stand a good chance that one or more of your purchased items will end up being delivered to your previous address, as opposed to your new address.
