Failed Paypal payment stuck on pending/authorisation.

Yesterday I went to purchase a Royal Mail click and drop postage label but for some reason the payment failed, I tried again and it went through fine. However, I've noticed the first payment has been taken off my Paypal balance and the status has been pending/authorisation since. 

I'm just curious how long it takes before presumably failing and going back on the balance, with it being under £4 I'll probably not realise if/when it does.

If you have two separate transaction numbers, you've bought two labels. Follow the instructions to cancel the unused one with Royal Mail.

If that isn't the case, contact PayPal for assistance.
