Ebay is preventing a buyer from bidding on more than one of my items - no restrictions in place

Why is ebay preventing a buyer from bidding on more than one of my items when I have no restrictions in place? Very irritating...

If you don't have any buyer restrictions in place http://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?BuyerBlockPreferences it may be the buyer is limited in their purchases.Are they a newish buyer?

No, he has 337 transactions. A little more detail... when I checked my account after he alerted me to the issue, the box for not allowing people to bid on more than one item was ticked - no idea how as I would never consciously implement that. I've unticked it, added the buyer in question to the exemption list as well, and logged out of my account and back in, but still no joy. He has also cancelled his original bid on the item that it is allowing him to bid on, then rebid on it, but it still won't let him bid on other items.

I'm trying to speak to someone at ebay about it, but of course, they don't want to speak to you. I managed to get on that 'call me back' system, but they are claiming they can't get through - I'm sitting right beside my phone and it has not rung! Just one of those irritating companies that believes human contact should never be an option...

Have finally managed to speak to someone at ebay, and hopefully it should be resolved now
