Can I create an invoice in another currency

I have a European buyer who has made a combined offer in euros on 2 items. If I accept then I will need to send him an invoice for the the 2 items but I don't know if I can create an invoice in another currency.

your invoice will go to the buyer in £stg and PayPal does the conversion when the buyer pays.
