Buyer says payment is pending??

Hi,

I've sold quite a few items lately and I've had no problems. But I opened a case through ebay due to an unpaid item, and not long after got a message with screenshots saying that thay had paid for it. It say paymeny pending for them, but on mine it says I'm still waiting for payment. Upon clicking the item it says that payment was initiated and is being processed by paypal. I have checked paypal and it says nothing about any payment or transaction. I'm not too sure what the problem is especially since I've received payment through paypal from buyers since then just fine. 

I have checked whether my paypal email address in the listing is correct by clicking sell similar and it is correct and has no spelling mistakes. Does anybody know what the problem may be? 😕

No. Just continue with your unpaid case and close after 4 days.

If there is a problem somewhere it is probably with the buyer and if they looked at the Paypal payment there may be the option to cancel the payment. If payment had been made you would not have been able to open an unpaid case.
