Just sold a couple of items and invoicing is available on them!
One is a UK item under £10 (it is more than 100g but ebay doesn't know that) - the invoice is the traditional one we have always seen.
One is for a buyer in Switzerland - a low cost item - the invoice here seems slightly different to me
Unfortunately I had no combined items so unable to test that
