How do I make my discounts stand out on my listings?

I currently offer two discounts on all items in my shop - 5% off for two items and 10% off for three or more. However only the 5% discount is flagged up at the top of each listing as shown here and customers only find out about the 10% offer when they add three items to the basket and get a pleasant surprise. I think I'm missing out on sales here as people just aren't aware and often buy two items. Is it possible to have both discount offers at the top of each listing? I could swear I've seen that in other ebay shops before.

I offer Multibuy discount across all my items of  5%,  7%  & 10% & I see 'Up to 10% discount.  (My items are not showing at the moment as I'm having a few days break).

It seems you have chosen 'Buy 2 for 5% Discount' & this may be why you do not see the 10% Discount.
