Packlink were only involved with the original pilot version of Simple Delivery, they are not involved going forward.

If Packlink were involved they would need to be listed in the Annex of the Simple Delivery Terms & Conditions as a third party as their Terms & Conditions would also apply.  Only Royal Mail and Evri are listed.

Plus, all references to Packlink have been removed from the Simple Delivery help pages and the following section pretty much confirms that the postage rates have been negotiated with Royal Mail and Evri, not with Packlink:
