Shipping to Serbia is no different to shipping to any other country. Ensure you buy the correct postage so that you can lodge a claim with Royal Mail using your proof of posting should the packaged get lost or damaged, just as you would when shipping anywhere (International Standard covers you for up to £20).
Serbia is not in the EU, so you'll need to complete and attach a CN22 (customs label) to the package, unless you're enrolled in Ebay's Global Shipping Programme.

In the past I have sold lots of clothing to Eastern Europe and other Eastern countries with no bother at all. I was always glad of the sales and always got really good feedback.
As Rusty says just ensure you have the correct postage and as with any sale, keep your proof of postage.
