Ebay are introducing 'Simple Delivery' whereby the buyer just selects from standard or express delivery and pays for a label which you then receive. This will eventually be mandatory for private sellers.
However, you can still use stamps for the time being by switching to 'Custom postage' when creating your listing. If you don't see the 'Custom postage' option then it may appear by initially selecting 'Collection only' and then going back to 'Postage only'. Alternatively, you will need to select 'Switch to advance options' and then again from the resulting pop up.
Select 'Switch to advanced options' at the bottom and you will see this:
Select 'Switch to advance options' again to bring up the 'Custom postage' options.

Try clicking on Collection Only, then click back to Postage Only and Custom Options should appear. If not it may depend on what category you're listing in. Some clothes sellers are not getting the option to switch so Simple Delivery may be compulsotry in that category now. 😞
