The new buyer protection fee and payment holds are for sellers holding a private account, though you do appear to be trading as a business on the incorrect account (a private seller is one who is just selling off their own personal items such as clothes from their wardrobe, bits from their loft/garage etc.), so it's probably worth you changing accounts in order to keep your prices competitive.
When you’re selling a single item for £25 or less, funds will be available instantly if positive feedback is received from the buyer. This will apply on both tracked and untracked orders.
Items sent by post
- Tracked: Funds will typically be available 2 calendar days after we receive confirmation from the tracked service that delivery to the buyer or pick-up location was successful. For example, if your order is delivered on Wednesday, you’ll get your funds on Friday

- Untracked, or tracked with missing delivery confirmation: Funds will be available 14 calendar days from the order date
