my ebay sellers account has been hacked

I sold 3 separate items on ebay. When the money had gone into my account, I tried to transfer it to my bank account but the page just froze. After that I tried a few more times, then on Sunday it transferred but not into my account ! 
I went back to my ebay account and the items had disappeared as if they were never put on . They even deleted another couple of things I put on for sale but hadn’t sold. There’s nobody to  report this to . No ebay email no phone no, to speak with anyone, just drop down menus that don’t cover this. So frustrating. I only lost £38.62 thank god it wasn’t more. I changed all my passwords and deleted my  ebay from my phone.

Sounds like something odd was going on, but hackers don't access accounts for the giddy sum of less than £40 -  they're after £4,000.

When you add a bank account it must be in the exact same name as your eBay account registered name, and eBay verify the bank account to make sure that it's you, so you see it's not possible, even with access to your account, for a hacker to change the bank account to their own one.

Do you have another eBay account? If you log in via FaceBook or Google it will create a new account. If you didn't notice and listed some items then that's where they'll be.
